Athletics Data Visualization and Consulting Services

The Board of Regents, State of Iowa, acting on behalf of the University of Iowa, is seeking a reputable and proven supplier to consolidate athlete data from multiple software platforms into a single data visualization delivery point. The university needs to solve the problem of fragmented athletic data by integrating information from Oura Ring, FirstBeat, Keiser, and ForcePlate systems. This consolidated platform must visualize nutrition, conditioning, athletic workload, sleep habits, and other relevant metrics. The selected firm will generate reports in dashboard format and other requested formats on an as-needed basis. The scope of work also requires the supplier to provide monthly in-person and virtual consulting services to the wrestling team based on the consolidated data analytics. These consultations must be tailored to individual athletes and the team, and must include documented training guidance recommendations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the data visualization work will take place offsite, though the consulting portion requires the specified on-site visits to the university.
