Security Camera Solution

The City of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive security camera solution. The agency needs to replace and upgrade approximately thirty-eight cameras at the city hall campus utilizing a cloud-based video management solution. The project aims to modernize the city's surveillance infrastructure with secure, accessible, and intelligent monitoring capabilities. The scope of work covers the furnishing, installation, configuration, commissioning, training, and support of the new security camera systems. The requested cloud solution must provide encryption in transit and at rest, a minimum thirty-day retention period, mobile and browser access, and artificial intelligence search capability. Additionally, the system must support role-based access, audit logging, firmware support, configurable retention schedules, cybersecurity measures, incident response, and end-of-life equipment certification. For remote park installations, the scope includes all required trenching, cabling, conduit, poles, electrical service, surge protection, switches, wireless equipment, and accessories. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States of America. While the performance of the work will occur offsite, bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid walkthrough on June 16, 2026.
