Janitorial Services

The Nevada State Public Works Division in Carson, Nevada is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its government facility. The agency requires these services to maintain a clean, professional, and sanitary environment for its staff and visitors. The selected provider will handle daily and routine cleaning tasks to ensure the upkeep of offices, common areas, and specialized rooms. The scope of work covers a variety of standard cleaning tasks throughout the facility. The provider must empty wastebaskets, replace liners, dust furniture, countertops, and file cabinets, and clean both the interior and exterior of glass doors and partition glass. Additionally, the work includes vacuuming all carpeting, dust mopping and wet mopping all tile floors, sweeping all entryways, and refilling paper towel dispensers. The agency also requires dust mopping and wet mopping in the Training and Computer Rooms, as well as returning all furniture to its proper position after floor work is completed. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based entirely in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed onsite at the Carson, Nevada location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for these services, and bidders must submit their cost proposals as part of the bidding process.
