Playground Equipment and Installation Services

The City of Liberty, Missouri, is seeking a vendor to provide and install playground equipment, picnic tables, and a trash receptacle on a fifty-by-twenty-seven-foot concrete pad. The project requires grading, layout, ground surfacing, and all associated accessories for the one-thousand-three-hundred-and-fifty-square-foot area. The selected contractor must furnish all supervision, equipment, machines, tools, materials, labor, transportation, and other services necessary to complete the installation offsite. The agency requires all playground equipment to be International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association certified to ASTM F1487-25 Standard Consumer Safety Performance Specifications for Playground Equipment for Public Use. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for cost proposals to determine the project funding. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted layouts, equipment specifications, and overall cost.
