Basketball Court Equipment and Installation Service

The Town of Scituate, Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to supply and install commercial-grade outdoor basketball court equipment. The agency is attempting to upgrade its facility's main court and secondary side hoops to ensure a durable, safe, and high-performing athletic environment for community use. The selected contractor must source all specified high-quality equipment, manage shipping and freight logistics, and execute complete on-site installation across both the primary and side courts. The scope of work covers the procurement and installation of main court backboards, side court backboards, rims, and mounting systems. Although the physical installation must occur at the Scituate facility, the agency classifies the performance of the work as offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based exclusively in the United States. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than June 22, 2026.
