The government authority in Columbia, South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive audio and visual services. The agency requires this equipment and technical support to facilitate large-scale presentations and events in its facility. The contract period for these services will span one year, with all work performed onsite at the authority's location. The video scope of work per room requires two flown nine-by-sixteen-foot DVS three-point-nine-millimeter video walls and two ground-supported eight-by-fourteen-foot video walls to serve as delay walls in the back three-quarters of the room. Additionally, the agency requires a complete microphone package, a microphone stand package, one podium microphone, a choir microphone package, a microphone cabling package, and two one-ton motors for flying the public address system. Eligible bidders must perform all work onshore within the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
