Full Body Scanner Upgrade System

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office in Lake Charles, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide a full body scanner upgrade system. The agency needs to upgrade its current 2016 Soter RS system, including both hardware and software, while retaining the existing delta frame and console shielding. This upgrade will resolve the technological limitations of the older system by introducing modern detection capabilities and integration features. The scope of work requires the delivery of a 2026 Soter detector with dynamic detection capability and a Windows 11 PC.
