Multi-Sport Scoreboard Installation Service

The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide a multi-sport scoreboard installation service at a government facility located in Hilo, Hawaii. The agency requires one single-sided, fully enclosed outdoor scoreboard cabinet designed primarily for football with the capability to convert for baseball use. To facilitate this dual-use requirement, the agency needs interchangeable plates to convert the scoreboard for baseball on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes delivering a scoreboard capable of being mounted atop steel W-section posts spaced approximately ten feet and five inches on-center. This installation must not require external cross members or oversized mounting plates. The agency also requires a weathertight access panel on the rear of the scoreboard cabinet to allow access to wiring connections for servicing and repair. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. All performance of the work must take place onsite at the Hilo location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026.
