Electronic Procurement Software

The agency is seeking electronic procurement software to provide a mechanism for members to procure new or upgraded software and services. Additionally, the agency requires a mobile application or responsive design that ensures all desktop features are fully functional on smartphones and tablets across Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari browsers. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite. While the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, key procurement dates include a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 23, 2026, and a deadline for submitting all questions by July 1, 2026.
