Construction Trade Labor Service

The Connecticut-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide construction trade labor services for the renovation and refurbishment of university facilities under its academic renovations program. The agency needs to solve the problem of executing diverse facility upgrades by securing skilled tradespersons who can perform tasks for individual work orders. The scope of work covers wall layout and framing, wallboard installation, acoustical ceiling installations, door and window hardware installations, laboratory casework and work surface installation, masonry, flooring preparation and installation, drywall finishing, and painting. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all work onsite at the university facilities. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for these services and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. The agency requires all questions regarding this opportunity to be submitted no later than June 26, 2026. Bidders must utilize either in-house personnel or subcontractors to provide the skilled tradespersons required for the project.
