The selected platform must feature tool assist guidance to deliver real-time support on utilizing internal district technology tools to ensure strong implementation adoption. Additionally, the agency requires accountability and analytics, which includes the assignment of a dedicated account manager, monthly and quarterly review touchpoints, and granular usage analytics to identify professional learning engagement patterns and content adoption trends.
