The agency is seeking information to identify a partner capable of providing a cloud-based advanced automation contract solution. The primary objective is to track the rapidly evolving commercial software automation market and integrate artificial intelligence into agency missions through rapidly awarded contracts. All managed performers and acquired solutions must adhere to and support a multi-classification cloud-based solution architecture. The project also requires task and resource orchestration to coordinate and de-conflict multiple concurrent tasks across the performer ecosystem. Additionally, the partner must provide the programmatic framework to resource and oversee external mission partners developing bespoke custom software, specifically those leveraging artificial intelligence and large language models for large-scale data processing and rapid software development.
