Accountability Court Treatment Service

The Douglas County government authority in Douglasville, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide accountability court treatment services. The agency needs a provider to deliver evaluations, substance abuse treatment, and mental health treatment for the county's accountability court program. This initiative aims to address the clinical assessment and treatment needs of program participants through qualified professionals. The selected vendor must provide clinical treatment services utilizing eligible substance use disorder counselors. These counselors must be available to conduct treatment sessions between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The scope of work requires the clinical assessment of new referrals within ten days of referral and referral for medically assisted treatment as necessary. The vendor will participate as a member of the program team, while the program judge, the court administrator, and the program coordinator retain authority for all final administrative decisions. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be conducted offsite.
