Community Based Action Planning Service

The government authority located in Stone Mountain, Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide community-based action planning services. The agency needs to build community understanding of its boundary review process and identify community priorities to inform school district decision-making. To solve these challenges, the agency requires impartial facilitation to navigate complex, broad-based collaborations and oversee multiple, coordinated efforts across diverse geographic clusters. The scope of work covers developing a community engagement plan tailored to each geographic cluster and ensuring broad, equitable, and multilingual participation across all stakeholder groups. The selected vendor must collect stakeholder feedback at every meeting through structured and open-ended methods to ensure all documented input accurately reflects the community's expressed priorities and concerns. Additionally, the agency requires detailed documentation, written summary reports of stakeholder input, and synthesized feedback delivered to the superintendent and the board of education. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work may occur onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for one year. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 16, 2026.
