Library Automation System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a library automation system that operates as a one hundred percent web-based Software-as-a-Service platform. This system must utilize a responsive framework to ensure full administrative and user functionality across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. The platform must also be screen reader accessible and comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The scope of work requires an integrated registration portal specifically designed for teachers of the visually impaired to manage student rosters. Additionally, the system must feature interactive dashboards for agency staff to quickly identify urgent actions, including unapproved orders, overdue returns, pending student changes, and items flagged as missing. The agency expects the performance of all work to occur offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States.
