Incident Consulting and Remediation Services

The City of Raleigh, North Carolina, is seeking a vendor to provide incident consulting and remediation services for a specific site. The agency needs to eliminate observable sheen on surface water to meet cleanup goals detailed in an executed free product corrective action plan. To solve this environmental issue, the agency requires supplemental evaluations and plan updates to adequately characterize and remediate site conditions, building upon previously completed investigations, assessments, and corrective actions. The scope of work covers assessment activities, planning, reporting, frequent site monitoring, absorbent pad and boom maintenance, and associated recordkeeping. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore, United States organizations. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026. Evaluation of proposals will be based on the submitted plans to achieve the specified surface water cleanup goals and manage the required monitoring tasks.
