Implementation of Position Management and Compensation Modules

The Town is seeking a vendor to implement position management and compensation modules to improve organizational hierarchy management, position control, vacancy tracking, compensation planning, workflow automation, and compensation governance. The project requires the selected vendor to conduct discovery, assess the current environment, validate licensing and configuration prerequisites, and establish a clean, supportable, and documented future-state configuration. The desired solution must enable compensation planning with appropriate workflows, controls, salary range visibility, and auditability, while supporting fair and consistent pay decision-making. The scope of work covers project management, solution design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, change management, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization. Specific project phases include project initiation and governance, information gathering, current-state assessment, licensing validation, data conversion, and knowledge transfer to Town staff for long-term administration. The performance of all requested services will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The Town is looking for budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the implementation. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
