Employee Health Systems

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive employee health system to support core occupational and employee health services. The required system functionality must cover pre-placement and surveillance exams, immunization management, exposure and injury tracking, medical surveillance programs, respirator clearance and fit testing, compliance tracking, and related documentation. Additionally, the solution must include a fully integrated workers’ compensation case management module that supports end-to-end administrative and operational workflows, as failure to meet this requirement may result in disqualification. The system must ensure regulatory compliance and security through secure access controls, audit trails, and the appropriate separation of employee health records from patient medical records. To optimize workflows, the platform must support efficient, standardized clinical and administrative processes with configurable templates, scheduling, task management, and automation features. The agency also requires robust reporting and analytics capabilities to support regulatory reporting, organizational leadership needs, quality monitoring, and workforce health trends, while tracking demographics, job titles, work locations, risk exposure, and job-specific requirements. The system must integrate with enterprise platforms such as human resources, credentialing, learning management, and other clinical or administrative systems while maintaining data integrity and security. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Bidders can submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish a contract period of one year.
