Runaway and Homeless Youth Service

The Dane County human services authority in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified organization to establish and operate a Runaway and Homeless Youth program. The agency aims to address the vulnerabilities of youth and young adults aged twelve to twenty-one who have run away, are at risk of running away, are currently homeless, or face an imminent risk of homelessness. This target population may include individuals with or without a history of involvement in the child welfare or youth justice systems. The selected provider must deliver services within one of the seven designated youth services regions. The agency requires the program to ground its youth-driven programming in local and regional partnerships, evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies, and data-driven decision-making. Performance of the contract work will occur offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the funding structure for these services.
