Barbados - Mobile Voice and Data Service Solution

The Inter-American Development Bank is seeking a comprehensive mobile services solution to support its operational needs in Barbados. The selected vendor must supply 550 mobile phones equipped with required accessories, structured mobile voice plans, and structured mobile data plans. The requested services also encompass nationwide coverage across all plan tiers, dedicated customer support with a preference for twenty-four-seven availability, and scalability to accommodate increased users, pooled data, or pooled minutes over time. The scope of work covers associated support, warranty, repair, logistics, reporting, and technology refresh services. The agency requires international dialing and roaming options for applicable user groups, and bidders must detail their roaming rates, roaming bundles, and covered countries.
