Aggregation Program for Mercantile Customers Service

The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking one or more qualified offerors to stand up and operate a Mercantile Energy Aggregation Program. The agency is trying to develop additional local clean energy generation and implement other methods to achieve carbon neutrality. The scope of work covers the mercantile aggregation program, additional local carbon-free energy generation, and energy programs for mercantile customers. Only organizations based onshore within the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite. The contract period will span five years, and the agency is looking for bidders to propose a budget. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on July 1, 2026.
