Ammunition, Logistics, Finance, and Personnel Modernization Services

The United States Army is seeking ammunition, logistics, finance, and personnel modernization services to ensure real-time tracking, robust supply chain resilience, and continuous combat readiness from the strategic support area down to the tactical edge. The agency requires solutions that perform both non-transactional functions, such as data analytics and executive dashboards, and transactional functions that integrate seamlessly with current Enterprise Resource Planning systems. These capabilities must deliver the full spectrum of budget execution, standard chart of accounts visibility, program, budget, and execution workflows, automated financial close and accruals, robust funds control, and end-to-end process integration. The agency intends for this modernization to achieve improved logistical supportability, audit readiness, and data-driven decision-making for all echelons. Proposed solutions must be hosted within or directly connected to the cArmy 2.0 cloud environment. Development is strictly restricted to the approved platforms of Appian, Army Vantage, Palantir, PowerApps, Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires all performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The agency will host a pre-bid meeting on June 17, 2026.
