The New Port Richey Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) seeks real estate developer services to support an environment that empowers business growth and retention, increases property values, and enhances quality of life. The project involves the purchase and redevelopment of approximately 5.73 acres of CRA-owned property within the Rivergate-Palm District. The scope of work includes implementing a desired and approved project on the property, aiming to add mixed-use residential, retail, and commercial buildings. The CRA envisions a Transit-Oriented Development, potentially a 5-story residential community, to support a planned Bus Rapid Transit stop. The agency is open to unique concepts for the redevelopment. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals and has not specified a budget.
