Real Estate Title Services

Hamilton, NJ requires a vendor to provide real estate title services for all purchases or sales of real property where the township acts as either the owner or the purchaser. The buyer requests a scope of work that includes title searches, title binders or commitments, title insurance policies, deed preparation and recording, and settlement statements. To qualify for eligibility, the vendor must be an onshore, USA-only organization. The vendor will perform all work offsite. Interested bidders must submit their proposals digitally through email or online. The buyer seeks proposal submissions to determine the budget. Vendors must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than October 16, 2026.
