Environmental Planning and Permitting Services

The City of Santa Maria, California, is seeking a consultant to provide environmental planning and permitting services to supplement agency staff. The selected consultant must also perform stormwater and environmental compliance services, cultural resource services, and development review support services. Work performance may occur onsite or offsite depending on the specific project needs. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
