Ambassador Program Services

The government authority in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a vendor to provide ambassador program services to promote a cleaner and safer downtown area. The agency aims to encourage residents and visitors to live, shop, play, eat, and do business in the designated downtown zones. The selected vendor must provide a minimum of four ambassadors to deliver services seven days a week, from 6:00am to 11:00pm, over a three-year contract period. The scope of work covers maintenance, hospitality, safety, and reporting services. Maintenance duties require the ambassadors to collect and dispose of litter from sidewalks and overflowing trash cans, report sanitation issues and illegal dumping, and clean and pressure wash all streets and sidewalks. Hospitality duties involve proactively engaging the public to provide directions, information, recommendations, or assistance, as well as building relationships with vulnerable population groups to connect them with outreach services. For the safety component, the ambassadors must monitor assigned zones on foot or bicycle to provide high visibility, report suspicious activity, and report crimes or disturbances to the agency police through dispatch. The agency also requires reporting services that document the proactive public engagement for directions, information, recommendations, or assistance. Performance of all work must take place onsite in Little Rock, Arkansas. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency is looking for proposals to establish the budget for this three-year contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
