Third Party Warehouse Alliance Services

The City of Denton, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide third-party warehouse alliance services. The selected partner must manage procurement and warehouse operations to support the agency's utility infrastructure. The agency requires a solution that ensures inventory availability, robust emergency and storm response capabilities, and an effective supply chain and logistics strategy. The scope of work covers comprehensive warehouse management and material procurement. The agency will evaluate proposals based on overall pricing competitiveness, cost transparency, auditability, inventory valuation methodology, and total cost of ownership. Additionally, the evaluation will consider the bidder's relevant utility experience, past performance, key personnel qualifications, staffing plans, and the ability to provide scalable, dedicated support. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency is currently seeking proposals to establish the budget and pricing structure for this initiative. The contract term is for a period of one year. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 15, 2026.
