Student and Staff Photography Services

The agency is seeking professional student, staff, and event photography services across all district school sites, including transitional kindergarten through eighth grade campuses and administrative offices. The district needs to solve the problem of capturing consistent, high-quality portraits and event documentation while offering purchase-optional family packages. The selected provider will deliver fall and spring individual student portraits, class and grade-level group photography, eighth-grade promotion portraits, and staff portraits. The scope of work covers scheduled make-up and retake sessions within thirty calendar days of the initial sessions, as well as at least two central make-up sessions per year for late-hire staff. The agency also requires complimentary staff portrait packages for all certificated and classified employees at no charge to the district or the employees. Additionally, the provider must cover various school events, such as graduation ceremonies, back-to-school nights, and honor rolls, with hourly special-event photography available at a firm-fixed rate. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and the agency allows digital submissions via email or online. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
