The scope also spans application development services to build secure, scalable, and maintainable applications that comply with agency-specific security, privacy, accessibility, and data protection policies. The agency requires advisory services on software development life cycle best practices, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and release management. The work includes integrating applications with enterprise systems, APIs, identity management solutions, and assisting with cloud-based, on-premises, or hybrid solutions. Bidders must perform all work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will last for one year.
