The agency is seeking a 24x7x365 behavioral health mobile crisis team partnerships service. This service will provide on-demand and rapid response to behavioral health crises upon dispatch. The selected vendor will ensure 24/7/365 coverage for the defined service area throughout the project period. The project covers responding to behavioral health crises anywhere within the community, not limited to specific settings. The service aims to expand crisis intervention, prevent substance misuse, address serious mental illness, and identify emerging behavioral health threats. The vendor will deliver follow-up care within 72 hours, or sooner if clinically necessary. The vendor must also develop strategies for the financial sustainability of the mobile crisis team services and partnership infrastructure beyond the grant period. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations located within the USA. The performance of the work will be conducted offsite. The agency is looking for proposals for this service.
