Executive Coaching Services

The government authority located in Iowa is seeking executive coaching services to strengthen leadership effectiveness. The agency is trying to solve leadership development challenges through a structured, one-year engagement for an executive. This initiative requires a combination of assessment, action planning, and ongoing practical coaching sessions. The scope of work covers a twelve-month engagement featuring bi-weekly coaching meetings of approximately ninety minutes in length. These meetings must occur once per month in person at the client's choice of location, and once per month virtually. The selected provider must execute a verbal 360 feedback process with approximately twelve stakeholder interviews and create a specific action plan identifying three to four leadership commitments. This action plan must be shared with the leader's supervisor, and the provider must conduct intermittent touch points with the supervisor as requested. Ongoing meetings will focus on practical and actionable steps to work through the action plan, followed by a degree of change survey administered toward the back end of the engagement to assess behavior changes. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the coaching work will be offsite, with the exception of the required monthly in-person meetings. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this one-year contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026.
