Educators, School Leaders, Instructional Staff, and Other District Personnel Professional Development Services

The Milwaukee Public Schools district in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking providers to deliver high-quality professional development services for educators, school leaders, instructional staff, and other district personnel. The agency needs these professional learning experiences to align closely with district priorities and instructional initiatives. The project covers a wide range of themes, formats, and delivery models, including in-person, virtual, or hybrid opportunities. The agency requires delivery of these services during the school day, outside contract hours, during summer programming, or through ongoing coaching and consultation models. Requested professional development topics include instructional practices, literacy, numeracy, science, content-area instruction, and Ambitious Instruction implementation. The scope also encompasses culturally responsive teaching, race, equity, identity-focused learning, leadership development, social-emotional learning, restorative practices, special education, multilingual learner support, arts integration, data-informed practices, and technology integration. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The agency requires the performance of the work to take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has set a deadline for all questions to be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
