Fire Captain Promotional Testing Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide fire captain promotional testing services. The agency conserves and protects environmental resources through best practices and cutting-edge technologies. The project covers the production and shipping of written exams for up to 40 candidates. The agency will administer the exams and scoring using an Apperson Datalink 1200 scanner. The vendor is responsible for the total cost of producing and shipping the exam materials. The agency will provide specific test materials, including textbooks and departmental regulations and procedures. The vendor must provide questions derived from all selected study materials. The vendor must also provide information and assistance in defending any appeals or grievances filed. Eligibility requires vendors to be onshore, located within the USA only. Performance of the work will be conducted offsite. The contract period will be for one year. All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026. The agency is looking for proposals.
