Water Efficiency Plan Update Service

The City and County of Broomfield, Colorado, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a water efficiency plan update service. The agency needs to establish new water efficiency goals that will guide the screening and selection of future water efficiency activities. To achieve this, the agency requires the development of a structured process to identify, screen, evaluate, and select these activities based on cost-effectiveness, feasibility, customer impact, and historical data. The scope of work also covers the creation of a formal water efficiency monitoring plan to track effectiveness and progress toward the newly established goals. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year.
