Non-Alcoholic Cold Beverage Vending and Marketing Service

The City is seeking an exclusive, long-term partnership with an established manufacturer and distributor of non-alcoholic beverages to provide cold beverage vending and marketing services. This initiative aims to secure a single provider for the supply of bottled and canned carbonated soft drinks and other beverage products through full-service vending machines. The selected partner will resolve the City's need for coordinated beverage distribution by managing sales across various municipal facilities, outdoor public areas, tourism locations, and during City-programmed public events. The scope of work covers the installation, maintenance, and operation of full-service vending machines throughout designated city properties. In exchange, the City is offering the official beverage distributor territory exclusivity, category exclusivity, access to points of sale, access to special City events, and exclusive vending locations. The performance of all administrative and management work associated with this contract will occur offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to Canadian organizations operating onshore. The City has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for financial proposals from interested bidders to establish the terms of the partnership.
