The project covers sewer collection systems, including the construction and rehabilitation of manholes, pump stations, and pipelines measuring twelve inches in diameter or larger. It also encompasses wastewater facilities, specifically process and electrical buildings, clarifiers, digesters, pumps, concrete rehabilitation, piping, structural and seismic systems, electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency will conduct a non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting on June 30, 2026, to discuss the project requirements. Bidders must submit all clarifying questions no later than July 8, 2026. The agency will evaluate proposals based on the submitted digital responses and qualifications.
