Comprehensive Plan Update Project Service

The City of Cortez, Colorado, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive plan update project services. The agency needs to support the development and formal adoption of a strategic growth element and a water supply element. This project aims to solve the challenge of aligning future municipal growth with sustainable water resources and community input. The scope of work requires the selected vendor to develop and implement a community engagement strategy to inform both the strategic growth and water supply elements.
