Promotional Products, Embroidered Apparel and Screen-Printed Apparel Services

The District is seeking a contractor to provide promotional products, embroidered apparel, and screen-printed apparel services to support District branding and employee recognition programs. The agency requires the delivery of custom branded merchandise, which may include bags, drinkware, lanyards, pens, notebooks, awards, decals, magnets, and other promotional products customarily available through a catalog. The selected contractor must furnish all equipment, transportation, artwork preparation, setup, production, customization, taxes, freight, and all other items necessary to complete the work. The agency restricts eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Performance of the work may occur either onsite or offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to establish the budget. The contract period will run for one year.
