Housing Information, Education, Outreach, and Fair Housing Services

The City of Providence, Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide housing information, education, outreach, and fair housing services. The agency needs to provide residents with accurate and accessible information regarding housing-related rights, responsibilities, and resources. This initiative aims to solve the problem of limited public awareness regarding housing rights, rental assistance, and housing stabilization programs. The scope of work covers housing navigation and referral services alongside community-based education initiatives. The selected vendor must conduct public awareness campaigns, outreach through community-based organizations, door-to-door canvassing, and digital engagement. Additionally, the agency requires technical assistance for tenant-led organizations, fair housing education, analysis of housing discrimination trends, and fair housing testing services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The contract period will run for one year.
