Strategic Planning Consulting Services

The agency is seeking a qualified USA-based organization to design and facilitate a complete strategic planning process. The selected vendor will conduct a discovery and foundational assessment by reviewing a comprehensive data packet containing enrollment, demographics, financial trends, academic performance, student outcomes, staffing trends, facility needs, and fundraising information. To identify strengths, risks, and strategic implications, the vendor must conduct interviews, focus groups, surveys, and town halls with staff, families, students, school leaders, Board members, community partners, and funders. The project requires support in identifying three to five high-level, long-term strategic goals that are actionable, measurable, mission-aligned, financially informed, and responsive to the community. The scope also covers planning around a strategic capital plan, which includes the development of a permanent high school space and renovations or improvements at the agency. The vendor must synthesize all data, stakeholder engagement, and leadership direction into a comprehensive draft strategic plan. The agency requires the development of an implementation and accountability framework that includes key initiatives, a timeline, responsible roles, success metrics, and recommended annual review routines. The final strategic plan must be delivered and accepted by the agency by January 31, 2027. All performance of the work must take place onsite, and only onshore USA organizations are eligible to participate.
