Executive Photography and Related Services

The agency is seeking a professional photographer specializing in corporate and executive portraiture to capture executive-level headshots and environmental and lifestyle imagery. This imagery will support internal and external communications purposes. The selected vendor must also provide supporting services, including light hair and makeup support, wardrobe guidance, and post-production editing. The scope of work requires two distinct photography sessions. The first session consists of a half-day photoshoot dedicated to the Chief Executive Officer as the primary subject, featuring multiple wardrobe changes, professional headshots, half and full-body portraits, and environmental and lifestyle imagery. The second session involves photographing approximately six Executive Leadership Team members across up to two locations within airport board facilities or grounds, including one indoor and one outdoor location, to capture professional headshots and half and full-body portraits. The agency requires the photographer to provide on-site and posing guidance. Deliverables must include high-resolution, professionally edited digital images in both web- and print-ready formats. The performance of this work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity.
