To measure effectiveness, the vendor must develop, conduct, and interpret marketing surveys covering health literacy, brand awareness, and brand sentiment. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. The contract period will run for one year, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services.
