Statewide High Impact Tutoring Services for Reading and Math

The New Mexico government authority is seeking statewide high-impact tutoring services for reading and math to improve student academic outcomes and ensure equitable access for at-risk student populations. The agency requires an evidence-based tutoring model that delivers a minimum of two tutoring sessions per week for eighteen to twenty-seven weeks during the 2026-2027 school year. In-person tutoring must serve as the primary delivery method, and each student must receive a consistent tutor for the duration of the program. The scope of work requires the use of initial and ongoing diagnostic data to inform lesson planning, skill focus, and student grouping. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. Although the tutoring itself must be delivered in person, the administration and performance of the contract work will occur offsite. The agency is issuing this opportunity for a contract period of one year. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal. The agency will host a pre-application conference on June 25, 2026, and is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
