Pre-Employment Physicals and Commercial Drivers License Physical Examinations Service

The City of Sierra Vista, Arizona, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive occupational health medical services. The agency requires these services to ensure that prospective and current employees meet the physical demands and regulatory standards of their roles. The selected provider will conduct post-job-offer and pre-employment physical examinations, as well as Department of Transportation Commercial Drivers License examinations. The scope of work covers pre-employment general physical examinations, commercial drivers license physical examinations, and various screenings. The provider must also administer immunizations and vaccinations on an as-needed basis. All contracted services will take place offsite at the provider's facility. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is requesting pricing proposals to establish a contract with a duration of two years.
