Magazine Printing Services

A government authority located in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a vendor to provide magazine printing services. The authority requires a contract that accommodates future subscription growth over a two-year period. To demonstrate capability, bidders must print a sample of the recent May/June 2026 issue using a provided PDF file and deliver it to the authority on or before July 10, 2026. The scope of work requires printing magazines with a trim size of 8.375 inches by 10.75 inches, featuring full bleed, portrait orientation, and binding on the 10.75-inch side. Each magazine must consist of 40 inside pages plus a paper cover, bound by saddle stitching with three staples. The authority specifies the use of 65-pound Sustana Enviro Cover 100 percent FSC Recycled stock for the cover, and 80-pound Sustana Enviro Print 100 percent FSC Recycled stock for the text pages. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The contractor will perform all printing work offsite.
