Vending Services

The government authority located in Arkansas is seeking a vendor to provide a wide selection of low-cost vending services to its employees. The selected vendor must furnish, install, maintain, and properly service all vending machines to ensure they remain in good working order, clean, and free of insects and pests. The agency requires the installation of these machines only in areas designated by the assistant comptroller. The scope of work requires the vendor to provide an updated list of the sizes and capacities of the offered vending machines, along with a list of available items for those machines. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted to the agency no later than July 1, 2026.
