Federal and Non-Federal Drug Alcohol Testing Services

The City of El Paso, Texas, is seeking a vendor to provide federal and non-federal drug and alcohol testing services. The agency requires these services to support its regulatory and safety compliance programs. The scope of work covers Department of Transportation pre-employment drug testing, random drug testing, reasonable suspicion drug testing, and reasonable suspicion non-Department of Transportation drug testing. The selected provider must also perform post-accident drug testing, random alcohol screening, post-accident alcohol screening, and reasonable suspicion alcohol screening. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States.
