Project Management Integration Services

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare in Boise, Idaho is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive project management integration services. The agency needs to establish and coordinate a centralized project management program to support the Rural Health Transformation Plan and Program and all of its proposed initiatives. This program will administer operational oversight, provide task-tracking support, and facilitate coordination efforts among multiple rural health partners, state agencies, contractors, subgrantees, providers, community organizations, and funders. The selected contractor must perform all work offsite. The agency requires the designated project staff to develop and submit invoices on or before the specified due dates. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is requesting budget proposals from bidders to determine the cost of the project, as no specific budget limit is pre-defined. The agency will host a pre-bid conference on June 26, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than July 2, 2026.
