Photography, Yearbook and Videography Services

The school district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive photography, yearbook, and videography services. The agency needs student portrait photography, class photos, and event photography for functions such as graduations, proms, athletic events, and performances. The selected provider will also deliver videography services for graduation ceremonies, proms, athletic events, and promotional, instructional, or informational videos. The yearbook scope of work requires the vendor to train schools in planning, design, and layout. The agency expects the provider to offer editorial support, production schedules, digital proofing, and revision cycles. This work involves close collaboration with school administrators, advisors, and students. All video deliverables must include captioning and accessibility compliance as required, and the final files must be compatible with district platforms and websites. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency allows the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
