Evaluation Services

The government authority located in Providence, Rhode Island is seeking an evaluator to track required Government Performance and Results Act measures and state-level measures. The selected evaluator will work with the program manager to support implementation efforts for caregiving youth across high-need areas and to inform continuous quality improvement feedback. The overarching initiative aims to empower high-need areas to implement a comprehensive, trauma-informed multi-tiered system of supports framework. The agency requires an evaluation work plan, approach, and methodology that align with approved goals and objectives. The evaluation design must demonstrate high quality and direct alignment to the identified needs. Performance of the work can occur either onsite in Providence or offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and cost structure for these services. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
